Великолепная Словения - or my debut as a lecturer in Moscow ;)

Quite a while ago, I was asked to make presentation of Slovenia at two different universities in Moscow... I was honestly flattered by both requests, but as an alumni I was especially excited about the one that came from my Russian "Alma Mater" (Российский университет дружбы народов).
So the last time I visited Moscow, I dedicated a day and did my best to present our lovely and diverse Slovenia and its tourism industry segments to the students of tourism in Moscow - at the Department of Tourism and Hotel Management (РГУФКСМиТ) in the morning and two presentations at the Hotel Business and Tourism Institute (ИГБиТ РУДН) in the afternoon.
Even though it was just "one of the lectures" for the students, I could sense the interest (also about a foreigner giving a confident presentation in excellent Russian language, for that matter ;) ) and moments of complete silence at times and excited chatting with a sincere applause at the end (of each of the three presentations) - judging by that I guess I did my job pretty well :)

I even got a certificate for distance participation in the "Modern trends and current issues of the development of tourism and hotel business in Russia" conference, that took place a week earlier!
